Do you cover websites not built in WordPress?

We have worked with other content management systems, let us know what you need and we’ll see if we can help.

Is there a minimum contract length?

3 Months

What happens if I run out of time each month?

We will let you know when you get close to using all your time. You can always upgrade or purchase more support time if you need to.

Can I carry time over to next month?

No. We’ll keep you updated with how much time you have remaining so you can use it all within the month.

How do you record and report time used?

We have built our own time tracking software called Kairos which keeps track of time spent on jobs. This will be updated and reported to you with each piece of work completed.

Do I need to give access to my Admin or server?

Yes. Sooner or later we’ll need access to update content or make any fixes. We will sign on NDA and let you know what we’ll do before doing it.

I have multiple WordPress sites, can you do me a deal?

Sure, tell us about your sites and we can work something out for you.

Can I ask for a custom task?

Sure, tell us what it is and we will see if we can do it.

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal and bank transfer.

Can I cancel my contract?

You can cancel a monthly contract at any point, we do require 30 days notice. A yearly plan can be cancelled at any point and will not be renewed at the end of the year.

What are your support hours?

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Out of office hours can be arranged if required.
